Customer Services Administrator - Maternity Cover 

Reports to: Sales Manager

Region: Luton HQ

Start Date: TBC

  • Investigate, log and oversee debit notes and queries.
  • Answer calls to support Sales but mainly customer query calls regarding; debit notes, delivery discrepancies and proof of delivery requests.
  • Identifying areas of improvement within Europa to eliminate debits caused by Europa errors.
  • Work alongside customers, Key Account Support and Key Account Managers.  Also good communication with Europa marketing, technical, financial and logistics departments to ensure the smooth running of functions supporting the account relationship.
  • Adapting to the job where needed and providing ongoing reports on the day to day running of the customer services department.

Production Co-ordinator

Reports to: Operations Manager

Region: Luton HQ

Start Date: TBC

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager as part of the Production Team
  • Providing support to the Technical Manager by developing the communications between the departments, issuing and requesting information and advising best practice operations.
  • Responsible for coordinating the day to day operation of the department assisted by the Supervisor, allocating the workload whilst monitoring performance & quality
  • Planning all forward projected work schedules completing reports as required liaising with Supply Chain, Purchasing and Sales
  • Show confidence to conduct and monitor personnel training as required
  • Demonstrate the ability to take the initiative and assume accountability with a positive "Can Do" attitude
  • Identify and implement improved working practises within the department
  • Organising planned stock, special and urgent product builds – either singles or larger batches

Product Manager

Reports to: Product Director

Region: Luton HQ

Start Date: TBC

  • Developing existing product ranges in line with eternal influences such as changes in legislation, customer and market demands (including pricing)
  • Providing the Technical, Sales and Marketing teams with training and all documentation for new product introduction/promotion and continued customer support
  • Supporting our customers to promote new product introduction through training and marketing campaigns
  • Managing and developing supplier relationships relating to new and existing product development
