Role: Goods In Manager / Logistics Manager

Region: Luton, Bedfordshire

Start Date: Immediate

Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Use in-house ERP and WMS system to manage stock across various warehouses, ensure optimal stock mix and levels across multiple distribution hubs
  • Direct line management of Operatives, including team development and performance reviews
  • Receipt and Putaway of Goods – 20ft/40ft containers, palletized deliveries, Inter-branch transfers
  • Ensure accurate stock booking in process and reporting of any delivery discrepancies
  • Control of company Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment


  • Previous experience in a Goods Received or Inbound environment
  • Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous management experience preferred but strong Supervisors also encouraged to apply

Role: Warehouse Operative – Dispatch/Goods Received

Region: Trafford, Manchester 

Start Date: October

Reports to: Gary Humphreys

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Receive stock and returned items ensuring all are verified and signed for as required
  • Load and unload vehicles by hand or using lifting equipment if authorised
  • Pick orders quickly and accurately using scanners
  • Pack and Dispatch picked orders using the warehouse computer system
  • General Duties include answering telephone, tidying/cleaning warehouse and stock taking.


  • Standing or walking up to 8 hours a day
  • Lifting and moving products up to 15kg, in some instances at a height of approx. 2 metres
  • Manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
  • “Can do” attitude and excellent attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills are important to be able to be trained to use the warehouse computer system
