Role: Technical Services 

Location: Luton, Head Office 

Reports To: Technical Manager


  • Working as part of a team to provide customer, end user and in house technical support for Europa supplied products.
  • Provide training to customers and Europa staff members.
  • Ensure the timely resolution of product technical issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Investigate, report and resolve product issues following the PNC procedure.
  • Complete and document engineering changes through the ECN procedure.
  • Provide marketing department with technical specification and updates to product datasheets, website and catalogue.
  • Introduce new products using the NPI process.
  • Inspect customer returns using the RMA process.
