Job Title: 1st Line Technical Support Engineer (Electrical)
Location: Head Office, Luton
Start Date: Immediate
Reports to: Product Director
Role Overview:
To provide first line technical support in a timely manner by telephone and email to our customers
This will involve advising customers on product selection/alternatives, technical information/applications and pricing
Technical Services at Europa is exciting and fulfilling as this covers a wide spectrum of activities across the business involving the Sales and Marketing teams
