Please contact our sales department to make sure we have your correct e-mail address.
You will then automatically receive an e-mail notification as soon as your package leaves our warehouse including
your unique UPS tracking number. This means you can keep up to date with the latest real time status of your order!

You can also track the progress of your orders on the Europa website!
With a direct link to the UPS tracking database you will receive an up to date status report.
Once the package has been delivered the location, time and signature are provided to make sure you can locate
your delivery quickly.
